Our home is in a VERY QUIET, high density area surrounded by owner occupied units. After 10 PM, inside or outside, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down for our neighbors.
Other Details to Note
A/C Unfortunately, we do not have air-conditioning for our home. However, we do provide floor fans (if needed), and the home has been insulated as such that it stays quite nice during those warmers days. Being on the water provides a lovely coastal breeze once the sun has gone down. STAIRS Guests will need to climb a few steps to get into the lobby of the building. There is an elevator to take you to the 3rd floor condo. PARKING You will have parking for 1 car in the garage. If you have additional cars with you, please note that parking can be a challenge in and around the beach area. Our cul-de-sac has only a few street spots available on a first come first serve basis- which means you may need to park several blocks away if you have additional cars.
