Our bay front condo is peaceful, private and in the heart of all of the best shopping, dining, beaches & bars. This 1875 sq ft /4 bed rm/ 8 bed/3 full bath, is fully equipped with EVERY amenity you could possibly want during your stay! Prime location, 3 patio balconies, outdoor dining, Chef's kitchen, bikes, boards, kayaks, kids toys and more...we have it. You will most certainly find our home to be cozy with ample social space to gather and relax, both inside and out.

LOCATION! Our home is located on the water facing the serene Mission Bay and sand. If you walk out the back of our home and cross the street, you will be on the beach-side with miles of ocean and boardwalk. The stunning views are unparalleled and we are walking distance to everything. Belmont Amusement Park, Mission Bay Water-sports Center and the Catamaran Resort are a few minutes walk from our home as well. Those traveling with kids will find our home filled with absolutely everything you could possibly want... which means less things you have to travel / pack with you! - Highchair - Baby Car Seat - Pack n' Play - Lots of toys - Beach equipment - Reading material for adults & kids - Board games, cards etc - Blu-ray player and an extensive collection of videos You'll also be: - Minutes from Sea World, Mission Bay Park, PB, Mission Beach Boardwalk and the iconic ocean-front Belmont Amusement Park. - 15 minutes to the San Diego zoo, Balboa Park, North Park brewery scene, Mission Valley shopping, Little Italy food scene, Marina Waterfront Park, Sea Port Village and the infamous Downtown Gas Lamp District. PARKING Dedicated use of our private garage for (1) car. Please be advised that our home is in a densely populated area of Mission Beach, where street and lot parking is available BUT on a first come first serve basis. Parking and can often be challenging on weekends, holidays and during peak travel season June-August. BEDROOMS - Large Master Bedroom with Cal King, en-suite full bath: extra large walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi style bathtub. There is an attached balcony-patio, ceiling fan, leather recliner, huge walk-in closet and TV. - Back Bedroom #1, with Cal King, adjoining large double sink vanity and separate space for bathroom, shower/tub. There is an attached balcony-patio, ceiling fan, large dresser and TV. - Back Bedroom #2 with dedicated workspace (large desk/ chair), Cal King, adjoining large double sink vanity and separate space for bathroom, shower/tub. There is an attached balcony-patio, ceiling fan, large closet and TV. - Bedroom #3 with sets of XL twin sized bunk-beds and trundle (5 beds total), perfect for adults as well! Closet space, ceiling fan and TV. KITCHEN Open floor plan with large Island and bar seating. Gas range, fully stocked, spices, and traditional drip coffee machine LIVING AREA Oversized, plush and incredibly comfortable sofa, with pull out. Great space for gathering around the 65 inch TV… extensive DVD collection and board games for the family. BATHROOMS (skylights in each) - Large Master Bedroom, dual sinks, walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, separate toilet area - Bathroom #2, located in the common area , shower/tub - Bathroom #3, located between bedrooms 3 & 4. Dual sink vanity and operate space for toilet/shower/tub AMENITIES - Key-less access - Outdoor lounge furniture and bar seating - BBQ grill - Lots of towels (beach and bath) - Bikes, surfboards, kayak (no paddle boards, I’m sorry) - Weight equipment, yoga mats - Corn hole - Washer/Dryer There are 3 flights of stairs (30 steps total) to get into our home, located on the top floor of this stand alone building. House Rules
No smoking or vaping in or out the direct premises. Beach homes in this area have very sensitive plumbing. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Our home is in a VERY QUIET, high-density neighborhood surrounded by owner-occupied homes. After 10:00pm, inside or outside, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down for our neighbors. You may use anything in the garage, but please do so with discretion and at your own risk. We do not suggest allowing minors to access or utilize any of the equipment unattended or without adult supervision. DO NOT LEAVE THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN, UNATTENDED. Trust us, it can take mere seconds for someone to pop in to the space and grab whatever they want. Please be cognizant of this and be sure to fully close the garage door to the alley and lock the garage door to the stairwell, each and every time you leave. Any equipment that is not accounted for, or damaged during your stay, will be billable back to you, to replace.
Other Details to Note
We are mindful of a work life balance for our house keeping team. As such, we typically do not allow check-in or check-out days for December 25 and Thanksgiving Day, to allow for our team to enjoy the holiday with their families. Please message me BEFORE you reserve your dates, to see if we are able to make an exception for you. Thank you for understanding!

Find us
We provide (1) space for your car, in the garage, and an additional space, parallel to the alley, within the red lines only. If your car is too large to park in either spot, we recommend parking at the aquatic center parking lot, right up the street. Otherwise, parking is always on a first come, first serve basis. During peak months and holidays you may find it a challenge to find street parking...ride a bike like the locals do, or utilize ride-share to get where you need to go. Everything is pretty walk-able around here and the boardwalks are a fantastic route to take.
