Our space is in a quiet neighborhood of E Pacific Beach on a 4 unit property. We have blended style, comfort and convenience with thoughtful touches throughout, including modern butcher block countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, and mini-split air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Rest easy on a luxurious Tempur-Pedic® bed dressed in premium Pima cotton sheets for a truly relaxing night's sleep. Step outside to your own private mini patio—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. Traveling with your pup? Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared grassy lawn and common outdoor area, with dogs kept on leash at all times. You'll also have the convenience of one dedicated parking space located behind the home with easy alley access.

PETS: We do allow one pup up to 20 lbs. They must be housebroken and kept off of furniture and out of beds. Additionally, they must not be left unattended. Excessive barking, or howling will unfortunately not be tolerated. We require that you pick up after your pup and dispose of their waste in the trash bins outside in the alley, not in the home. Additionally, we ask that you keep them on leash at all times when outside of the home in our common areas of the property. NOISE: Our property shares common space with 4 other units who have full time residents living in them. We kindly ask that all guests staying in our home respect the quiet hours and be mindful that you share a common wall with our next-door neighbor. Excessive noise, loud music, and late nights can carry easily here in our quiet neighborhood.

THE SPACE: Our unit is located at the front of the property. You will share a common area, BBQ and outdoor dining table with the other residents of this 4 unit complex.
