You will have full private use of the property which includes the main home, patio, backyard, and driveway. You will not have access to, or use of the garage. This space is owner accessible only. 2. No smoking or vaping on any kind inside the home or in the backyard/ on the direct premises. 3. Beach homes in this area have very sensitive plumbing. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. 4. Our home is in a VERY QUIET, high-density neighborhood surrounded by owner-occupied homes. After 10:00pm, inside or outside, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down for our neighbors.
