Styled with Spanish and mid century modern, beach chic elements, our private single level home is 1,125 sq is bright, spacious and set-up for a cozy home-away-from home experience. For those traveling with little ones, we have a full sized crib, pack and play, portable changing table and highchair. The main living space is open with ample seating, a dedicated work desk, board games and a traditional dining table to gather. The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you could need to prepare and serve an amazing meal or two. - Bedroom #1 with King bed opens up to the outdoor yard - Bedroom #2 with mezzanine style beds (queen on bottom, full on top). There are two full-baths with excellent water pressure, full sized toiletries and plenty of lush towels for your stay. Each bedroom has in wall air A/C and heat, for individual temperature control. The main living area does not have central HVAC, but we do provide additional floor fan/space heater for your comfort as needed. Our guests love the outdoor space due to the quiet nature and comfortable layout. Enjoy a BBQ, get some sun, or relax with a book under the sail shades. In the evening, gather around the fire-pit with a glass of wine or a soothing cup of hot tea. A carport for one (mid-compact sized) vehicle is included and we have all the beach essentials ready for your use.

Out of respect for our neighbors we request that treat your stay in neighborly manner and keep noise down.
